About The Role: The HR Business partner will work closely with the wider HR and management teams supporting the delivery of key objectives. Providing pragmatic and commercially minded solutions this role will lead by example and support employees throughout the organisation. What You Will Need: In depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex issues Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation. Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets. Resilient, approachable and confident.
