Overview

HR Administrator - Temp to Perm. Sheffield. Immediate start. Your new company You will be working for a public sector organisation based in Sheffield. Your new role Your new role is a temp to perm contract (dependant upon performance within the temporary role), where you will assist other members of the HR team. You will need to work well under pressure and to deadlines, and be able to organise your workload to prioritise urgent tasks. You will also be responsible for minute taking within disciplinary meetings, inputting information onto the internal systems, updating employee details,general HR administrative tasks. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have administrative experience (preferably 2 years at least), which is within a HR environment. You will need to have an understanding of HR policies and procedures, and be confident with supporting HR advisers and managers. As well as this, you will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of working with MS Office applications and Excel. You will have excellent organisational skills and be a strong communicator.
