Project Manager (HR System Implementation) £41,739 to £45,909 My client based in Sheffield is searching for an experience Project Manager for an initial 18 month fixed term contract. Role Purpose You will play a leading role in the implementation of a new HR system. This will involve working in partnership with key stakeholders to manage the day-to-day delivery of specific milestones across the full lifecycle of the project, in line with the overall project plan. You will lead and manage this change programme and monitor the project to ensure that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realisation are controlled and achieved, through ensuring that all projects adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for project management. Key Accountabilities Engage with the senior leadership team to understand the key deliverables and keep updated throughout the project. Understand the capability of the Fusion HCM system and translate this to design Work with members of the department to fully understand essential processes and look at how this can be achieved in an efficient way through Fusion. Process re-design where appropriate, thinking of the customer journey and experience to ensure we are building a system that delivers the best service. Work with finance, payroll and projects leads to closely manage the project and ensure that key milestones are achieved. Raising concerns with POD senior leadership where required. Train and develop system super users and design relevant how to guides for specific processes that are not covered by standard manual so it is clear how the system is to be used and the impact of processes. Understand key reporting requirements and work with Business Analyst to ensure these are achievable and available upon system launch.
