Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing business, seek to appoint a HR Advisor to the HR team. Alongside the HR Manager you will work in a functional capacity to support the delivery of HR strategy and ultimately support business success and improvement. This is a generalist role in a dynamic, improvement driven environment. This HR Advisor opportunity offers a varied role where you can make a real difference to the success of a growing organisation whilst fulfilling your own career goals. As HR Advisor you will be a confident, pro-active individual with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to support a wide range of priorities covering Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Attendance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and HR Administration. To succeed you should be motivated and ambitious and want to progress forward in your career. There's a lot to do, and you've got to want to take on responsibility than you have in your current role. As a multi-site operation travel will be required between group businesses (all within a small geographical area and fully expensed or in pool cars). HR Advisor - Role and Responsibilities - Human Resources / HR Manager / Recruitment / Learning and Development Supporting the business in recruiting the right candidate into the right role at the right time Ensure unsatisfactory conduct, attendance and performance is addressed and that employee concerns/grievances are responded to appropriately Maximise productivity through effective attendance management Support the use of L&D as a tool to engage, retain and upskill Lead the business in activities that engage, retain and motivate our workforce Ensure adequate documentation of people related activity Strive to add value along with increased efficiencies and HR service levels HR Advisor - Skills and Abilities - Human Resources / HR Manager / Recruitment / Learning and Development Good all round HR experience as a generalist covering most areas Experience running Payroll Excellent academic pedigree Ambitious and driven to deliver manifested in a tenacious day-to-day work rate Excellent time management skills to focus on multiple changing priorities HR Advisor - Skills and Abilities - Human Resources / HR Manager / Recruitment / Learning and Development If this role could appeal please do apply now
