Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing business, seek to appoint a HR Advisor to the HR team. Alongside the HR Manager you will work in a functional capacity to support the delivery of HR strategy and ultimately support business success and improvement. This is a generalist role in a dynamic, improvement driven environment. This HR Advisor opportunity offers a varied role where you can make a real difference to the success of a growing organisation whilst fulfilling your own career goals. As HR Advisor you will be a confident, pro-active individual with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to support a wide range of priorities covering Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Attendance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and HR Administration. To succeed you should be motivated and ambitious and want to progress forward in your career. There's a lot to do, and you've got to want to take on responsibility than you have in your current role. As a multi-site operation travel will be required between group businesses (all within a small geographical area and fully expensed or in pool cars).
