THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are working exclusively with an engineering company based in Sheffield, this is a brand new role to the company. This role would be a great professional development opportunity for a budding HR professional, with support from a great HR Manager THE JOB: HR assistant / administrator Recruitment experience is desirable Data Collation: absence, head count for example Admin : personal files, generalist HR responsibilties, inductions, welcome packs Note taking: disciplinaries - having experience with this would also be desirable Bi weekly occupational health clinics - organise and update Support from the HR manager will be given at all times, this will provide the opportunity for professional development. This role is an experience opportunity, not a fast track progression This role is new to the company a great chance to make it your own THE PERSON: You must have experience in an HR environment If you don't have a qualification this is something the company can support with in terms of progression and salary negotiation Please do not expect a quick turn around for this role, we are working closely together around the current circumstances.
