Finance Assistant and Admin Role, Central London, Creative agency, To Start ASAP Salary £22,000-£26,000 (dependent on experience and level of qualification) Study Support provided after passing probation Our Client: A busy creative marketing agency based in Central london, working with some very well known clients They have a very exciting position for an organised Finance & Admin Assistant who will be reporting into the Finance & Head of HR. It's would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for good mentorship and an opportunity to develop in a supportive environment. The role would also be ideal for someone with exposure of working in finance, in a creative environment and who isn't afraid to get stuck in. Key Responsibilities: Maintain both Sales & Purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, assisting in completing the monthly Management Accounts and job profit reviews. There will also be the opportunity to take on more tasks as you progress through the role You will also be required to help the HR Manager (approx. half a day a week) in administration duties along with providing ad hoc support to the other members of the team when required, and for the general day to day management of the office. Ideal Candidate: Able to work cooperatively with staff and clients at all levels in a calm manner. Intermediate user in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong, administrative and co-ordination skills Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Good time management skills with the ability to operate to tight deadlines Proactive, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm Ability to work under pressure Preferable but not essential- experience of Paprika or use of a finance system - training will be given Due to the high level of applications we will not be able to respond to all applicants.
