Reporting Process Coordinator Central London £30,000 – £35,000 12month FTC A rapidly growing audio transcription/court reporting company offering exceptional service quality at the forefront of everything they do are now seeking a full-time Reporting Process Coordinator to join the team during this exciting time. This is a maternity cover position for 12months. THE ROLE: The Reporting Process Coordinator duties will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for a pool of independent court reporters, developing and sustaining a warm professional relationship over the phone, by email and in person - Placing court reporting teams for litigation and arbitration hearings taking place in the UK, Singapore and internationally, with rigorous planning to ensure their prompt allocation to jobs in the short to medium term - Managing and maintaining an accurate job diary - Working closely with the Business Development, Case Management and Technical Delivery teams to ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place, key information is shared in timely manner and travel is booked - Overseeing the processing of invoices and liaising with the Finance team accordingly - Assisting with training the new Client Services Assistant in due course THE PERSON - Good judgment - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively with a process driven approach - Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, clients and court reporters - People-oriented person who is highly organised and calm under pressure.
