12 Month Fixed-Term Contract This role sits in the Group Finance function of Paysafe Group Limited, a dynamic Fintech business. Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting and Corporate Accounting, the Senior Group Reporting Analyst role requires an individual with functional accounting and close process experience, experience in producing management reports and an ability to clearly explain variances versus budget, forecasts and prior periods. The role will assume day to day ownership of Group management reporting and variance analysis. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be involved in central corporate accounting issues. A key member of the Group Reporting & Corporate Accounting team, the London based Senior Group Reporting Analyst will work closely with the legal entity Controllers and FP&A teams within the three main divisions. Further key stakeholders are the wider Group Finance function including Group FP&A. The key areas of responsibility are: * Day to day owner of the Group management reporting process * Review analytical EBITDA templates and segment board slides prior to submission to divisional CFOs * Perform first level review of group board report slides and the CFO dashboard * Prepare Board Report Commentary on a monthly basis * Challenge divisional teams on variance explanations * Take the lead in explaining Corporate & Shared variances * Actively drive improvements to the Group management reporting process * Responsible for timely review of HFM P&L * Retrieve and review HFM P&L reports upon monthly EBITDA close * Ensure expected adjustments have been recorded and impact is as expected * Perform variance analyses against budget, forecast and prior year * Document explanations for monthly variances based on analysis and discussions with stakeholders * Document explanations for quarterly variances to SOx standards in order to support SAS100 audit reviews * Ad hoc analysis and reporting * Perform ad hoc analysis based on HFM actuals and pro forma retrieves * Present analysis in a manner easy to follow by senior management * Ensure senior management questions are fully addressed and any assumptions clearly highlighted Skills and Experience: * Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA * Bachelor degree * 2+ years experience working in a financial control or FP&A function * Experience in the payments industry preferred * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Smart View * Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills * HFM experience preferred * Strong influencing skills * A team player with strong technical skills and a willingness to take ownership * Ability to analyse financial data and draw sound conclusions from it * Ability to concisely present financial information verbally and in writing * Self-starter with the ability to pro-actively find solutions Equal Employment Opportunity Paysafe provides equal employment opportunities to all employees, and applicants for employment, and prohibits discrimination of any type with regard to ethnicity, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected characteristics.
