Job Description
The Business Risk Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual. **Responsibilities:** + Manage and respond to the regulatory requirements around Global IBOR reforms. Supporting the development of central data sources for LIBOR exposures + Periodic data pull and analysis of LIBOR exposures and use and potential impacts of the transition to other benchmarks + Management and supervision of the Strategic LIBOR Transition Plans, tracking against targets and escalating to Senior Governance forums and Program Sponsor + Support in coordinating the central Global working group focusing on Benchmark control framework + data reconciliation between current systems and Genesis + enrich current datasets and genesis with missing information + develop more effective Database queries + work closely with business and local stakeholders to validate data for regulatory reporting **Development Value:** This role plays a leading contribution to the strategic coordination and direction of Citi's LIBOR transition and evolving Benchmark Reform plans. The role is global in nature and will entail developing relationships and working with senior stakeholders across multiple business and control functions. The role will ultimately focus on the correctness and completeness of all LIBOR regulatory reports. **Qualifications:** + Relevant experience in data analysis and reporting + Experience in global banking environment + Advanced user of Office Suite (especially Excel) + Knowledge of coding (Python & Sequel) + Experience with Business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) + Attention to detail and accuracy + Highly organized and efficient at prioritising tasks + Excellent communication skills + Quick Learner; Fast-thinking; nimble at joining the dots **Education:** + Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience ----- Grade :All Job Level - All Job FunctionsAll Job Level - All Job Functions - GB ----- Time Type : ----- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
