Locum Regulatory Lawyer - Local Authority - East Anglia Chadwick Nott is currently handling recruitment on behalf of a large Local Authority in East Anglia. The organisation has a requirement for a Locum Regulatory Lawyer to assist the authority's Head and Deputy of Legal in providing the full range of legal advice to various stakeholders within the Council and Local Authority. Other duties will also include the drafting of legal documents, responding to complex complaints, carrying out dispute resolution including with the implementation of alternative resolution techniques. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience of providing legal advice on complex issues to local government, particularly working within a public authority. Applications from Paralegals or non-qualified legal executives who can demonstrate the necessary experience will also be considered. This position is an enviable opportunity with high levels of responsibility and a varied caseload. The rate of pay on offer is also negotiable, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
