Overview

Engage with stakeholders to explain how the delivery and support of different business strategies. Mitigating risks and fixing issues identified from controls. For allocated products and services assure the monitoring, validation and reconciliation of e2e processes ensuring the accuracy of revenue, cost and margin and that all usage is sent to be billed. Conduct contract reviews in a timely manner, complete and accurate, providing feedback to stakeholders on identified issues that impacts the customer. Carries out analysis that supports business improvement approaches and delivers customer satisfaction, cost reduction and revenue growth Represent Business Assurance in key projects delivering new process or system changes , providing insight and submitting requirements to support the delivery of the BA control framework Support Operational units to implement change initiatives that will reduce revenue leakage, measurably reduce costs and therefore increase margin. Support the improvement of processes, policy and procedures to drive best practice Analyse, report and assist on the correction of revenue impacting errors across all billing systems and the management of resolution with operational business process owners To build and maintain strong relationships, with the ability to use persuasive arguments to influence where revenue/cost benefit is being jeopardised To provide risk analysis that helps prioritisation of resolution or improvement activity to mitigate that risk across business Support the implementation and the full deployment of the BA tools, by becoming a key user in relevant areas.
