Partnerships Assistant (12 month contract) £30,000 | 1 year FTC | W1B, London Are you personable and do you have excellent customer service skills? A membership organisation who are passionate about delivering for their members are hiring for a Partnerships Assistant. The organisation works daily to drive forward the business performance of their members across the West End & Mayfair. Core Responsibilities Assist the Head of Partnerships in delivery of member and partner engagement strategy, providing exemplary end-to-end service Update and maintain CRM system, ensuring that the respective data for members is up to date Book key meetings with members and partners Ownership of international mission itinerary Support on member and partner events Monitoring and tracking budget Research and collate intel on members and partners Support Communications Manager with collating media coverage and newsletter content collation Support ad hoc projects across Corporate Affairs team Desirable Experience Good interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with good attention to detail Team player Good time management Organised approach Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
