Sales Support Agent - Travel Industry - up to 30% homeworking This travel company are growing like no other in the industry - they have an incredible product that customers love and need further sales support agents to assist their remotely based travel consultants to ensure the booking process goes smoothly for all their customers. Sales Support Agent - What will I be doing? You will be based in the London office either fulltime or 70% of the time and are able to work remotely for up to 30% of the week. You will spend your day supporting the homeworking travel consultants with their bookings when there are any issues or problems. This will be through a variety of channels to include phone, email, social media and live chat. You will be a confident communicator and able to take full ownership of offline sales & customer retention post booking issues, completing all call reviews and you will also be resolving issues with customers directly. If needed you will also support incoming call flow as required across the homeworking sales teams, managing leads and fulfilling bookings as required to help all teams achieve their benchmark targets You will also be involved in quality checking sales and bookings ensuring that all errors are reported. You will also be working with error reports for the agents and after analysis help assess training needed Sales Support Agent - What experience do I need? It is essential that you have worked in the travel industry before in a sales support or travel consultant role. You will be a confident communicator and able to take full ownership of offline sales & customer retention post booking issues. You must be used to working to tight deadlines so can manage your time well and thrive when having lots of different challenges to prioritise and complete. You must have experience of dealing with tricky customers in the travel industry and enjoy working as part of a busy team. You also have a good knowledge about worldwide travel destinations and keen to learn even more. Sales Support Agent - Additional Information: This role is full-time 37.5 hrs per week, 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays. The offline sales team currently operates from 0800-2300. The shift pattern for the role can be allocated to any times within these operational hours. Up to 30% of your working week can be based from home.
