Finance Business Partner Luxury Retail brand Central London £55,000-£65,000 plus benefits 6 month contract An international Fashion Retail brand based in Central London is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the business on a 6-month contract with the view that it could go permanent for the right person. With its continually expanding international presence, this is an opportunity for a commercially minded, forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to support this well-established Retailer during an exciting period of transition and re-structuring. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Finance Business Partner will be working in a commercially focused role, partnering with stakeholders internationally. The role will work as the "go to" business partner to the Retail Director, managing with the budgeting, analysis and reporting for this division. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Business partnering with the Retail Director and various other senior stakeholders across the business, providing them with any ad-hoc analysis and reporting needed Responsibility for the preparation of annual budgets including presenting to the CFO Producing monthly management reports for the division Presenting financial information to senior stakeholders on a monthly basis Management of the consolidated monthly reforecasts Providing commentary to the Retail division as well as support with any ad-hoc reporting required Supporting with the management of a Part Qualified Accountant To be considered for the Finance Business Partner role, you must be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferable) with proven experience working in a commercially focused role where you have partnered and challenged senior stakeholders. Proven experience working in the consumer/retail market is essential, international experience is desirable. You will also have previous experience handling the budgeting, forecasting and management accounts within a retail/consumer business. Personality is key, you must be driven, a strong relationship builder and not be afraid to challenge the status quo and drive change. You must be willing to assume responsibility and take charge in what is a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
