We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a growing team within a market leading comapny based in Hemel Hempstead, specifically to focus on the aftersales process and providing a fantastic level of customer service to customers who are looking to upgrade and renew their contracts. Within this company you would be joining a small and friendly team to assist with customer service, upselling and administrative duties, so someone that is friendly, willing to learn and comfortable on the phone would do well here. This is a temp to perm position, offering full time working hours from Monday to Friday, paying an hourly rate of £10-£11.50 per hour dependant on experience to start. Some of the duties will include: Liaising with current customers on the phone and discussing upgrade and renewal options Making sure that all data is recorded accurately onto systems (Training provided) Providing general office admin support to the team when needed Offering exceptional customer service The skills required: Previous customer service experience or sales experience would be useful. Ability to communicate well and work within a team. Strong attention to detail. A very positive and can-do attitude.
