Overview
Contract role initially but likely to extend / go permanent. A high-growth start-up property company operating in the hospitality industry is recruiting a highly motivated qualified accountant. As Finance Manager, reporting to the Head of Finance, you will join the very heart of the business and help drive ambitious expansion plans throughout Europe, North America and Asia. You will manage a team of 12 and their development is a key part of this role. You will be responsible for budgeting & forecasting of operational sites and Head Office, and delivery of the management accounts. You and your team will deliver budgets and forecasts, operational site and Head Office management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue reconciliation, approving the weekly payment run and payroll. You will also be heavily involved in analysing costs, driving efficiency and managing CAPEX spend. You will be a qualified accountant with strong attention to detail and accuracy and excellent communication skills and a strong track record of running a team.
