Overview
We have a great opportunity for experienced Production Operatives to join a family owned company based in Winchcombe who are a global manufacturer of advanced materials used in filtration, battery, and industrial applications. They take pride in their revolutionary products, which have been designed to contribute to a cleaner world, providing clean air, clean liquids and energy. This is a temporary to permanent position, where qualified applicants will work through RE Resource Group for 3 Months before being eligible to be taken on full time by the client. Pay rate throughout the time with RE Resource Group is £9.29p/h PAYE. Successful applicants will be require to work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off. This will comprise of 2 day and 2 night shifts (6am till 6pm and 6pm till 6am) and due to a shift allowance, 51 hours are paid for a full shift cycle. The key responsibilities of a Production Operative will be learning the manufacturing process and being trained to be able to assist with the whole production model. These include: Production line work Accurately monitoring production process and data entry Following Stringent Health & Safety regulations to ensure compliance and cleanliness of environment/products. Warehouse duties including “Picking & Packing” orders Use of a Counterbalance FLT (previous experience desirable but not essential) Experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential as full training will be given for the right candidates.
