Overview
At Siamo we are working closely with a longstanding manufacturing company within Cheltenham to source an experience Production Line Operative to join there fast paced Production team. Working closely with the Area leaders this is a varied role working towards high but achievable production targets. As this role will be working closely with different types of metal components experience in Anodising, Paint Dying or Heat Treatment is preferable as you will go one to specialise in one of these sectors. The main tasks to be taken out during this role are: Ensuring that all daily production targets are met and that goods are completely up to standard The Loading & Unloading of components at different points of the production line Sticking to the associated Functions & processes for relevant team Partaking in a specific skill either Anodising, Painting or Heat Treatment Communicating with other members of the team to ensure that all knowledge is shared and the team is as productive as possible Key skills required for the role: Strong work ethic Very accurate – have a keen eye for all details Able to work under pressure and towards targets Capable of sharing knowledge and experience Understanding around engineering drawings and documents
