Overview
A technically strong and commercially minded Senior Management Accountant is required on a 12 month fixed term contract to join a leading business services organisation based in Southampton. The successful Senior Management Accountant will be offered flexible working hours, discounted services and an opportunity to develop their current skill set. The successful applicant will be fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with a strong core management accounting background and demonstrable experience supporting non-finance stakeholders. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following: Provision of financial support to divisional directors Production of monthly management accounts & commentary Monthly costing reviews Production of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts Vairence analysis Financial analysis around headcount and overhead costs Ensuring financial control of the division and ensuring internal controls are adhered to Production of budgets & forecasts What you'll need to succeed: Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA Worked in the following roles: Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Finance Lead / Commercial Accountant / Finance Manager / Finance Analyst Excellent Excel skills What you will get: 25 days holiday Flexible working hours Pension Discounted parking The Niche Partnership is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this role.
