Overview
The company: My client is based in the Marketing Industry and they are now looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. They are successfully growing year on year and need someone who can come in hit the ground running but also bring ideas to the team. What will benefit you? You will be able to assist with Finance Director with implementing the finance function. You will be able to bring ideas to the team and help improve processes. You will have sole responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will be mentoring one junior member of staff. You will be working in super cool offices What will you be doing? Maintaining the accounts payable and receivable ledger (sole responsibility) You will be preparing accounts up to trial balance they want your help with accruals and prepayments, plus balance sheet reconciliation Bank and intercompany reconciliation (multicurrency’s) Prepare and discuss monthly cash flow forecasts Assisting with finance statements Vat returns Posting payroll journals and payroll expenses Helping to implement new processes What experience do we need from you? 3 years in a similar position Experience with Quickbooks… please J A bubbly and outgoing personality Someone who enjoys music as it’s always played in the office A friendly yet confident person You must also know your debits and credits If you are immediately available or on short notice and are looking for a role like the above then PLEASE email me Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
