Finance Assistant | Study Support |Festivals and Events The company One of the leading festivals and events companies, Harmonic are proud to be supplying our client on an exclusive basis their first Finance Assistant to start within 6 weeks. The company are in picturesque offices in a creative coworking space which is easily accessible with public transport links within walking distance. The role will suit if you have over one years' experience in finance. The role will report to the Finance Manager in a dynamic office environment. The Role Accounts receivable and accounts payable duties Petty Cash Supporting Month end Credit card and staff expenses Credit control duties Processing bank payments and invoices of sales Leasing with operations team on live events Ad-hoq duties What you need: 1-2 years experience Excellent communication skills Passion for festival/events/music What we'd like to see (non-essential) Paprika experience 'WIP' or work in progress accounting experience Sarted studying ACCA or CIMA Salary: Up to £24,000 plus study support Notice: No longer than 4 weeks Please feel free to email CV or recommendations directly Follow us on Twitter: HarmonicGroupHQ
