Finance Manager £50,000-£55,000 per annum unbelievable benefits Times Top 100 Company experiencing significant growth & funding perfect opportunity for to join a hugely successful, global, VC backed business For almost 10 years’ this business has become an industry leader in the e-commerce sector, through their innovative approach and unparalleled level of customer care; so much so, that they have secured investment from some of the world’s biggest investors They are now looking for you to become their new Finance Manager and join one of London’s coolest businesses As the successful Finance Manager you will be responsible for: • Improving financial controls and ensuring processes are maintained and improved • Managing and overseeing: accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation and revenue recognition • Managing month-end close as well as cash management reports & balance sheet recs • Support on tax projects including Corporation tax, VAT submissions, US sales tax and R&D claims • Partnering with other departments in the business and assisting with project forecasting and cross-functional activities To be successful as the new Finance Manager you will: • Be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with multi-national industry experience • Have experience working within a high volume transactional business • Be a natural communicator who has the ability to business partner effectively • Ideally have experience using NetSuite accounts software • Have excellent communication skills •Be commercially minded with a genuine passion for driving the business forward Salary & Benefits: If successful you will receive a salary of £50k-£55k per annum dependent on experience some amazing benefits such as: 25 days holiday per annum, 15 sick days per annum, Discretionary flexible working from home & extra day holiday for your birthday, management training programme, free breakfast and weekly delivery of care packages (food & beers) They also have loads of amazing company events for you to attend This business has grown massively since its inception and whilst maintaining their start-up feel, offer security, progression and a truly nurturing environment.
