This small specialised care home with nursing provides care for elderly residents and patients with complex mental health needs such as Dementia and Alzheimer's. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. Staff Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in.
