Job Description The Sales Support Executive is a critical role within our high-performing GfK UK sales team. The Sales Support Executive provides day-to-day core admin, system and coordination support to our engaging and friendly UK Key Account Sales colleagues as well as x4 Global and Regional Account leads. A confident self-starter, with a keen eye for detail, the Sales Support Executive uses their excellent communication and organisational skills to enable our UK sales colleagues to work smarter and more efficiently. The successful post holder adds value to the UK commercial business through system support as well as ad-hoc marketing and sector profiling projects. Key Activities Support the New Business Development function as follows; Receive, record and allocate incoming enquiries in a structured professional manner using the correct business tools made available to you Create & complete contracts Create & complete compliance forms Support the management of Salesforce CRM for an on behalf of the Sales Managers Manage and maintain the CIDB finance system for and on behalf of the team Research key clients. Work pro-actively to ensure the team is kept up to date with news reports/media impacting their clients Support with marketing campaigns as and when they occur Liaise as needed with the central Salesforce team to ensure effective usage.
