Overview
We are representing a long established and fiercely independent, chartered insurance broker with excellent reputation in the regional market. Working across a diverse range of sectors they provide cover across all general commercial lines of business. Employing a team of experienced broking professionals they strive to offer a high standard of service to their loyal customer base. To support ongoing growth and enhance their small yet skilled team they are looking to recruit a Commercial Account Executive who will benefit from being entrusted a number of clients to manage and grow, whilst developing new business via networking, referrals and any other relevant business generation techniques. To allow you to focus on clients you will be fully supported by the internal team in terms of handling, broking, claims and accounts, albeit you must be a team player willing to demonstrate a flexible approach where required. Applicants to this role must come from a commercial insurance background, ideally having managed a book of clients with regular face to face contact, however experienced Commercial Account Handlers ready to take the next step in their career are welcome to apply. Cross class commercial insurance knowledge is essential as is a full UK driving license In return our client can offer a competitive basic salary, 25 days holiday and company pension.
