Overview

Junior IT Support Analyst Triad's client is one of the biggest home-grown brands in the UK whose online traffic levels are only surpassed by the likes of eBay, Facebook and Amazon. They are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst based in Milton Keynes. You will be required to travel to London once a week on average to support the wider technical team. As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you'll be troubleshooting, problem solving and offering a range of 1st line and 2nd technical support. You'll be a fast learner, quickly developing expert knowledge of our client's digital products, systems & applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and have a genuine interest for large complex datasets. You may have minimal commercial experience but a strong and recent academic background that has exposed you to the likes of SQL, Oracle, Excel and Agile ways of working. You must be a clear and confident communicator and able to translate to both a technical and non-technical audience. Assist decision making when new products are being planned. Supporting customers and consumers with expert knowledge. Collaborating with the wider development team and test teams. Identifying bugs, mitigating risks and maintaining a solution focused approach. Working with complex datasets and innovative technology. Key Skills A collaborative and team player mentality. An understanding for Agile and incremental ways of working. A fearless but rational approach to complex data problems. Organised, analytical, self-aware and a can-do attitude. Strong Excel skills.
