Overview
IT Support Engineer A leading NHS organisation in South Yorkshire has approached Venn Group to recruit an IT Support Engineer to join their busy team supporting an extensive user base. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide 2nd line technical support assisting customers with all IT support related issues Provide hardware support to PCs, printers, scanners, routers, mobile devices reset /configuration, peripherals Carry out fault finding services and IT resolutions Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware incidents Install applications and programs Resolve network issues Ensure that all software is correctly configured with working applications Knowledge of remote diagnostics, fixes and remote access Provide hardware support, printers, scanners, routers, mobile devices reset /configuration, peripherals Able to drive and have access to transport Location: South Yorkshire Rate: £13.30 – 14.60 PAYE / Umbrella Duration: 2 Months initially Start: ASAP To apply, send a current CV through to
