Job Description The Role: Job Description Work with Home Instead Senior Care National IT and designated IT partners to ensure existing systems are maximised Develop workflows and processes for key system tasks Lead key IT and Technology projects such as a move to a paperless office Plan, lead and manage projects relating to technology from inception to completion Seek out new technologies, develop pilots, testing and assessment of use Develop workflows and processes for new systems Develop Training for new Technologies to aid implementation Assist with Quality Assurance Framework Ensure processes and in place deliver maximum client satisfaction Lead on projects to enhance client experience Qualifications Essential Criteria: Previous IT or Customer Service experience of at least 2 year is required Previous Home Care Experience of at least 1 year is required Passionate about high quality care for elderly people. A great team player, happy to communicate at all levels. Essential Skills/Qualifications Excellent understanding of all Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English Excellent customer service skills Effective communicator with a professional manner and positive attitude Exceptional organisational and time management skills Qualifications: Essential Criteria: Previous IT or Customer Service experience of at least 2 year is required Previous Home Care Experience of at least 1 year is required Passionate about high quality care for elderly people.
