Overview
Finance Business Partner Global FinTech Competitive salary bonus Talentedge is proud to be partnering with a global FinTech leader on an exciting newly created position as a Finance Business Partner, reporting into the Senior Partner. As Finance Business Partner you will be involved in all aspects of commercial and strategic finance as well as identifying new acquisition opportunities. Key responsibilities Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Sales & Marketing directors Manage process improvement and management reporting to commercial leadership; Provide insight as to determine allocation of finance resources to drive the greatest return on investment whilst managing risk Provide specific commercial finance support to ensure delivery of the financial strategy with the Senior Leader, Finance Partner and respective EC member. Specifically; o Preparation of all business cases o Reprice trackers o Revenue/ cost trackers, reporting initiatives in each LOB o Proposition review and support o Post-implementation reviews following product launches Manage the measurement and tracking of ROI of all large capital expenditure programs/product launches allocated to this role Provide ad-hoc, value-add analysis and insights on specific issues at a strategic and operational level, underpinned by tactical business insight into the LOB Portfolio Support and advise new deal pricing large corporates Identify and manage the implementation of process improvement opportunities, and Support the development of the Sales organisation performance management and compensation plan design Profile Qualified accountant with 2yrs PQE Experience working in a commercially focussed role Strong financial modeller having built business cases previously Must be a confident individual with strong ambition to progress rapidly into a senior position Please get in touch asap if you're interested
