Key Details Working as a Broker Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact to our customers, providing information/guidance to complete and secure energy contracts Develop strong internal & external relationships to ensure a joined-up service & effective resolution of contract queries Deliver efficient phone service, support and query responses in line with SLA’s Carry out customer credit checks and offer guidance on best supplier offerings Provide a verbal script completion service to brokers and partners Develop a full understanding of supplier specific terms and conditions to accurately process queries and advise customers accordingly Auditing of contracts to verify the information recorded to ensure compliancy Key Requirements Previous experience in a Utilities background desirable Must have at least 1 year’s administrative and customer service experience A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner is essential Good attention to detail and production of high accuracy work levels Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Experience of answering and dealing with a wide variety of queries Key Benefits Competitive salary monthly bonus Career development and on-going training 28 days holiday bank holidays Company Pension / Company Car Scheme / Cycle to Work Scheme / Employee Reward Schemes / Team Incentive Days / Free Parking / Early Friday Finish Please apply including a copy of your CV and a covering letter.
