We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our FMCG client in Northampton. They are industry leaders in providing exceptional customer service standards across their business - if this pricks your ears then read on… What you will be doing: Promote a customer-centric approach covering all aspects of sales order processing, customer sales support, technical support and after-sales Ensuring all orders and queries from customers are processed and handled in an efficient and effective manner Attend meetings with customers to understand and achieve their needs and demands To be successful in this role you will need: Strong relationship builder and ability to communicate effectively across all functions Ability to challenge constructively and confidently Previous experience in a similar customer services role ideally within FMCG We’re looking to offer a salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience.
