Hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30-5.30 or 9.00 - 6.00 Location: Northampton As Sales and Customer Service Administrator your key tasks will be: Dealing with high volumes of in-bound customer enquiries via email and phone Processing sales orders including upsell/cross sell Preparing and following up quotations for new and existing customers Customer account and relationship management Maintaining accuracy of the order processing system and CRM Some reception duties, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors The successful candidate will Have proven experience in a similar Sales or Customer Service role need to be motivated by achieving the best results for the customer and the business. Be able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst ensuring we hit our SLAs.
