Overview
Are you looking for career not just a job? Agenda Partnership are excited to be working with a Northampton based insurance company to build a new team for their in and outbound customer service and sales teams. These positions are offered on permanent, full time basis with full training provided along with the opportunity of study within the industry. The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service, retail or sales background and be very much a team player. Based in newly renovated, town center based offices the working hours are on rotating shifts: Monday to Friday | 830am - 530pm & 11am - 8pm You will need to be flexible to cover the shifts. The role: Dealing with customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face at times Maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business Quoting and negotiating with customers Processing insurance claims Previous insurance experience would be ideal but not essential.
