Overview
Our client, an independent Insurance broker based in Croydon, provide a wide range of Commercial and Personal Lines insurance products to clients throughout the UK. They are looking to recruit a Sales and Development Manager to spearhead the existing team and assist identifying and securing new opportunities, developing existing client and partner relationships to increase revenue & market share whilst developing the client's brand and proposition to be leaders their core markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the achievement of the budgeted revenue, along with developing, motivating and leading the sales team through to the achievement of targets set. Candidates must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the Insurance industry as well as experience in leading, mentoring and coaching sales people.
