A well-established real estate company are seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor. The business has a global presence and they are drivers in the London market. The role is suitable at Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level. Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 Benefits/variation due to level of the role. Key elements of the role include but are not limited to: Valuation and advisory services Development and management of client relationships on a day-to-day basis to a high standard Lease consultancy Identification of new business opportunities Preparation of standard reports and valuations The successful applicant will be an MRICS registered valuer. You will also be client facing with excellent communication skills. You will be a confident, outgoing individual with the ability to adapt to different clients.
