Overview
Quality Personnel recruiting a Part Time Customer Service Administrator. Working in a small team - 30 hrs per week, working 6 hours per day over 5 days (6 hours to be worked between the hours of 9am and 3pm - flexible as to what these are) Free parking, 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank hols £25,000 pro rata Duties to include: - Processing customers sales orders and ensuring the delivery times acknowledged fit in with the companys SLA's. - Processing purchase orders. - Weekly communication with customers regarding their stock levels (utilisng a report) - Stock management, creating stock works orders (based on customer stock agreements) - Daily scanning of sales orders/delivery notes onto the system To be considered you should have previous experience of working in a small/medium sized business. Have order processing experience. Great attention to detail. You'll be expected to bring new ideas to the team and push through continuous improvement. You'll also be highly organised and always prepared to follow the task through. Although the hours are part-time you'll need to be flexible to meet team demand and have strong people skills being able to adapt to dealing with different personalities on a daily basis . Last but not least you'll be a strong administrator with methodical skills in your daily working routine. Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential.
