Overview
A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for a Clinical Negligence paralegal to join their team based in London. This role is permanent. The role will involve providing assistance to solicitors with their caseload, and the Head of Department in dealing with new claims, ensuring all deadlines and client expectations are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role will also involve drafting witness statements, speaking with new and existing clients, conducting legal research, and general paralegal and administrative duties. Applicants must have solid and relevant prior Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury experience (minimum 1 year), and possess superb academics including a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) Law degree, and successful or near completion of the LPC (or studying CILEx). Knowledge of DMS (Document management System) is an advantage.
