Overview

I am excited to be working with a new client on an exclusive basis to recruit a Support Worker for their service which supports homeless individuals. The service users require support with a variety of needs including mental health issues and substance abuse. This is an opportunity to join a company that values its staff and offers 32 days annual leave which includes the public holidays. The role will require shift work and it will allow you to continue or start your professional development. The successful candidate will be helping service users move on from the project and preparing them for life in the community. You will build positive and trusting relationships while also tackling the issues that led to their homelessness. A SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social care is desirable however a willingness to undertake the study and complete this will also be accepted.
