Overview
We are looking for a strong administrator with excellent organisational skills for an 12 month FTC based in London. This will be to support our team of venue coordinators who work across England and Wales reviewing suitable locations for recruitment activities. Responsibilities Routine administrative duties including minute taking Project planning, risk and issue management Monitoring schedules and budgets Preparing progress reports Liaising with key stakeholders Log, manage and analyse information on the progress of the project Micro manage the team performance and reporting back to the PCM Skill in using Microsoft packages Problem solving skills Capable of working to tight deadlines May involve some travel May involve visiting properties & venues The role will be responsible for driving everything forward from planning to implementation. The actions will directly influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the property searching project.
