A chance to join one of the UK's leading FM service providers as an M&E Supervisor. Applicants will ideally have supervisory experience or AP status and building maintenance experience. Supervising a team of maintenance Engineers carrying out PPMs and reactive building maintenance. Client Details The client is a leading FM service provider looking for an M&E Supervisor with an electrical bias to join their team on a trophy site in London. Description Duties include: Supervision of maintenance Engineers PPMs Reactive maintenance Electrical maintenance and repair Fault finding Basic mechanical building maintenance (Plumbing, HVAC, AHUs, FCUs) Fire alarm testing Emergency light testing Profile The successful candidate will: Have Supervisory experience Be professional and client facing Be qualified electrically Have building maintenance experience Have an appreciation for basic mechanical building maintenance (AHUs, FCUs, HVAC, Plumbing) Job Offer Up to £45K salary depending on experience Paid Travel (vehicle and fuel card) Overtime Training Career progression Pension Paid annual leave
