Job Title: Part Time Customer Service - 16 hours per week Location: Corby Salary: TBC Hours: 16 hours per week, 1800 - 2200, including 1 weekend shift Our client is a blue-chip company based in Corby and has several opportunities to work on their twilight shift between 1800 and 2000. The 16 hours per week will include 1 weekend day and 3 evening shifts, on a fixed shift pattern. Key Tasks: · Working to answer customer emails and phone calls, to company standard · Ensure all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently · Identify and supply solutions to customer questions · Act in a professional manner, at all times Candidate: · 12 months experience in a Customer Service environment · Good computer literacy · Ability to multi-task · Excellent communication skills · Proactive and flexible approach If you are interested and have the right experience, please call to discuss further on 01536-412121, or email your CV to
