Overview

TSRN are working in partnership with a leading Food manufacture who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their company. This role will require the successful candidate to provide accurate processing of orders and effectively manage their own time and priorities work on each day. Key duties may involve : Accurate processing of new customer orders on day of receipt (price and part permitting) to be further processed by other sectors of the business for eventual delivery to the customer Liaising with customer service and planning colleagues in a timely manner, any orders which cannot be processed due to price or part restrictions Taking ownership of the inbox, ensuring that it is up to date and all orders processed. prioritising any Customer emails sent to colleagues for action Daily and weekly up to date reporting of Customer ordering profiles To support team members during holiday with Key Customers to maintain good working relationships Working with teams to look for improvements in the service to our internal and external customers on order processing Key skills and experience required: Previous Sales Administration experience from preferable a FMCG environment Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge Provide excellent Customer Service with the ability to answer any queries/complaints and communicate these in a professional Strong Accuracy and data entry skills The ability to work in a team environment. In return the company are offering a salary up to £22k, 24 days rising to 26 days after 2 years. Plus a rewarding and promising career.
