Part Time-Customer Service Advisor (Evening Shift) 2020 Permanent - 16 hours per week PRO RATA Salary of £18,000 plus OTE and skills allowances can be up to £20,000 per annum (including bonus') PRO RATA. This vacancy is PART TIME 16 hours per week within a modern and vibrant contact centre. Working 4 days per week: 3 Days Monday to Friday 6pm to 10 pm and one Saturday or Sunday 11 am to 3pm. 25 days holiday -pro rata plus bank holidays - increases with length of service An opportunity has arisen to join a market leading company in Corby! As a Part Time-Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting customers' requests via inbound calls and will be expected to: * Take ownership of customer queries and follow through to completion * Identify and order spare parts and accessories, provide self-help advice and book service visits in addition to promoting extended warranty products * Respond rapidly to all inbound customer traffic observing the current Service Level Agreements (SLA's) * Booking engineer service visits * Deliver first class quality customer service * Promote products and services with the aim of generating income for the business and improving customer loyalty.
