A great opportunity to take the next step in your Credit Control career, working for a busy media co in London Your new company A market leading media company based in fantastic offices in central London Your new role In this newly created role you will take responsibility for a portfolio of media agencies. You will oversee staff based in the offshore office, ensuring they are working to and achieving targets. You will make key decisions and deal with escalated queries as well as sign off on allocations. This is an unusual Credit Control role in that you won't actually be calling the client to chase payment, although you are likely to need to liaise with them as well as other internal teams in order to resolve disputes. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be highly organised with good attention to detail. If you have previous experience overseeing a team this would be advantageous. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential. Previous experience using Microsoft AX system is desirable but by no means essential. You will fit into this team if you are able to work hard, have a laugh and operate as a team player.
