Commercial Manager North West London A high quality, specialist contractor that have an outstanding reputation within the construction market are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Commercial Manager to head up the commercial functions of this organisation. Founded over 10 years ago, this contractor has gone from strength to strength. The Commercial Manager will be joining an organisation that has repeat business from existing clients which has resulted in the success of new business coming from wealthy funders. The Commercial Manager The successful Commercial Manager will be running the commercial function within this organisation. Extensive experience in a senior surveying position within a similar contractor that focuses on new build residential, retail refurbishment, residential refurbishment, basement refurbishment would be considered. Must have a great deal of experience in Estimating on new build / refurbishment - A duel Estimating/QS role can be considered.
