They are looking for some excellent external talent to bring into the business – Assistant Manager /Deputy Managers, fast track to General Management roles ( PUB SECTOR IS NEEDED) The Deputy Manager Role: The role would suit an Deputy Manager that knows the pub scene, with a proven track record, having worked in high profile venues Maintaining high levels of service and leading a large team of waiters. Overseeing all areas of the business, recruitment, training and development of the team The Deputy Manager Person: Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards Work in a professional yet friendly manner Massively foodie is needed Interest in wine and real ales Needs to have warm and friendly disposition to deal with regulars. Be a team player and assist where required Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team Must have worked in a restaurant role for at least 2 years.
