Deputy General Manager – Foodie Event Venue Caterer– London – £60,000-70,000 What are we looking for? One of our most successful clients is looking to add a new structure to one of their sites in this niche sector. We are currently looking for a venue based Senior Deputy General Manager to push the top line of the business. This role would see you reporting into the venue manager, but really driving sales, along with having some operational understanding. We are looking for someone from a commercial background who understands good selling techniques to getting everything out of the role, and understanding use of space, within the venue. The Role: In their current venue they operate restaurants, café and events. We are looking for someone who has multi-site experience and can demonstrate multi client experience. This role requires a degree of passion for the sector - the aim is to provide a high level of catering, along with large scale events. We are looking for someone who can continue to roll out a fantastic service in a commercial setting.
