Chef de partie required for a Pub in the west midlands, £21-24 plus tips (4-6k). This pub serves fantastic meats, seasonal local produce. The pub has a really good fresh food menu with high quality meat. The role As Chef de partie you will manage one of the sections, cook with the great local seasonal produce, you will prepare the sectionfor service and cook in service. The chef de parties will also input into the menus and bring ideas for dishes using the seasonal produce. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
