Sous Chef – Birmingham Hotel Sous Chef required for this busy, branded 4 hotel in Solihull Job Title: Sous Chef Location: Solihull Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Employer: 4 Hotel in Solihull Various outlets and focus on fresh food, including afternoon teas and corporate events Restaurant offering Lunch and Dinner to residents and non-residents alike Part of a large company with lots of opportunity for growth Candidate: Experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef from a 4 Hotel background Experience in managing teams across a busy Venue Knowledge of current food hygiene requirements and standards would be essential Experienced Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie from a fresh food catering background, experience in weddings and events ideal. Job Role: Supporting the Head Chef to design specials Maintaining standards of cooking and preparation in line with company standards Day to day management of staff, training, planning and Rotas Maintaining the excellent scores on Environmental Health and the excellent reputation for quality food and service. This role is ideal for an existing Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef from a similar background.
