An Executive Head Chef is required for an ultra-high-end contract catering company near Solihull. This contract catering is one of the best in the country and offering a salary of £40,000 - £44,000 plus bonus. This Executive Head Chef role at an award-winning contact catering company is looking for an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef with a hotel background who is used to multisite operations. The client has said that if the Executive Head Chef is organised and delivers it is a role that will be a Monday-Friday format. There is strength already in the brigade its just needs an Executive Head Chef who is organised, driven and motivated. The operation is open Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. A normal day will consist of 200 for breakfast, 500 for lunch, 500 for snacks in the afternoon followed by 150 covers in the restaurant. One other perk to this role is that you will be contracted to an exciting high end contract catering company which has continued growth and offering progression all the time even for an Executive Head Chef.
